Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking Mental Health Therapists to empower communities and improve access to behavioral health services. You will join a supportive clinical and administrative team that fosters growth and licensure.

This role emphasizes collaboration with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists, offering supervision and ongoing professional development as you advance toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and licensure eligibility.
• Provisional/license eligibility per state regulations as applicable.
• Commitment to ethics and confidentiality in clinical practice.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plan updates.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff for holistic care.
