New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking Mental Health Therapists to join a collaborative clinical team dedicated to expanding access to behavioral health services in our communities.

As a Therapist on our team, you will engage in evidence-based outpatient care, develop treatment and safety plans, and work with a multidisciplinary group to support clients’ growth and well-being while pursuing licensure and ongoing professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling or related field is required.
• Provisional license per state regulation may be required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.

Aufgaben

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and staff for holistic care.
