New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), is seeking Mental Health Therapists to empower clients in our behavioral health clinics and support licensure goals. You will join a collaborative clinical team that prioritizes professional growth and a sustainable practice environment.

As a therapist, you will conduct assessments, provide outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans while coordinating with

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license may be required by state regulation.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations are completed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
