New Directions Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks therapists to empower clients in behavioral health. The role supports emerging clinicians through supervision and a collaborative clinical team, helping licensure goals while delivering evidence-based care.

The position offers a $2,500 hiring incentive at this location and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFC, or related field.
• Provisional license may be required by state.
• Professional licensing pathway is expected.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development & supervision.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance care.
• Maintain high standards of ethics & confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists.

Connaissances

Master's degree in Social Work or rel.
