Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy across certified treatment centers within a defined territory. You will engage psychiatrists and healthcare providers with a highly consultative, clinically driven approach.

The role requires 5–8+ years in pharma/biotech sales, strong clinical acumen, and ability to travel up to 70% as it launches a new treatment ecosystem in mental health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 5-8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
• Experience in Psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets; medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement; buy-and-bill and site-of-care dynamics; prior authorization and payer processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to healthcare providers.
