Job summary

Lightfully Behavioral Health is hiring Client Care Technicians to provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight of clients during weekend shifts. You’ll support safety, monitor self-administration of medications, and document observations accurately for clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• First Aid Certification required.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to walk and stand during shifts and perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Supports clients’ physical and psychological safety.
• Monitors and oversees clients’ self-administration of medication.
• Documents observations accurately and promptly for clinical staff.
• Transports clients to outings and appointments as needed.
• Provides one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis per plan of care.
• Assists with meals and dietary needs as indicated.
• Supports admission and discharge processes, orientation, and tours.
• Leads or co-leads groups as licensure allows.
