Job summary

Lightfully Behavioral Health is seeking a Client Care Technician (CCT) for weekend shifts in Escondido, CA. The role involves supervising clients, aiding self-administration of medication, and ensuring safety and documentation during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-4 years experience in a program serving persons with mental disabilities.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Complete First Aid Training.
• Complete health screening, TB clearance, and Criminal Record Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supports clients' physical and psychological safety.
• Monitors and oversees clients' self-administration of medication.
• Completes accurate and timely documentation of observations during shifts.
• Transports clients on outings, doctor’s appointments, etc.
• Provides one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis as directed by the clinical team.
• Assists clients with meals and dietary needs.
• Assists with admission and discharge processes and tours.
• Leads or co-leads groups as licensure allows.
• Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
