Job summary

Lightfully Behavioral Health, a growing mental health provider in California, seeks Client Care Technicians for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 3PM-11PM) in Santa Monica. Responsibilities include ensuring client safety, supervising self-administration of meds, and documenting observations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 0-4 years in a mental health setting, ability to walk stairs, and First Aid training. Competitive hourly pay with full-time benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Supports clients' physical and psychological safety.
• Monitors and oversees clients' self-administration of medication.
• Completes accurate and timely documentation of observations during shifts; notifies clinical staff of noteworthy observations.
• Transports clients to appointments and outings.
• Provides one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis as directed by the clinical team.
• Assists with admission and discharge processes, including orientation and tours.
• Leads or co-leads groups as licensure permits.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
