Job summary

Lightfully Behavioral Health is seeking Client Care Technicians to provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight during shifts, including overseeing self-administration of medication.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 0–4 years’ experience in a program serving persons with mental disabilities, and First Aid training. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills in English and on-site work in California.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 0–4 years of experience working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities.
• Complete First Aid Training (First Aid Certificate).
• Complete required health screening, TB clearance, and Criminal Record Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight of clients during shifts.
• Monitor and oversee clients’ self-administration of medication.
• Document observations accurately and timely; notify clinical staff of noteworthy changes.
• Transport clients to outings and appointments.
• Offer one-on-one support to clients in crisis as directed by the clinical team.
