Job summary

Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is a 140-bed hospital providing inpatient services for adolescents, adults, military, veterans and first responders. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in direct patient care is required or preferred.
• Nursing Assistant Training or psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The MHT provides routine non-acute physical, behavioral, and mental care under the direction of licensed staff.
• Completes all required documentation, ensuring alignment with patient goals and treatment plans.
• Adapts interventions to individual patient needs and maintains shift continuity.
• Maintains the unit's therapeutic milieu and supports a respectful environment.
