Responsibilities

• Provides routine non-acute physical, behavioral, and mental care to patients under licensed staff.
• Completes all required documentation clearly, aligned with patient goals and treatment plan.
• Adapts to patient factors and clinical interventions to fit individual needs and goals.
• Maintains a therapeutic milieu and ensures smooth shift-to-shift handoffs.
