As a Mental Health Technician (MHT), you will work alongside licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, hands-on care addressing physical, social, and behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred.
• Nursing Assistant Training or psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine non-acute physical, behavioral, and mental care on the milieu under licensed staff.
• Complete documentation clearly and concisely reflecting patient goals and treatment plan.
• Adapt interventions to fit individual patient needs and goals.
• Maintain consistency across shifts and handoffs to ensure appropriate treatment.
