The MHT role offers hands-on patient support alongside licensed clinicians to address physical, social, and behavioral needs throughout treatment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Direct patient care experience preferred or required.
• Completion of Nursing Assistant Training or prior psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine non-acute physical, behavioral, and mental care under licensed staff.
• Documents patient goals and treatment plan clearly and concisely.
• Adapts to clinical interventions for individual patient needs and goals.
• Maintains consistency across shift functions and during shift handoffs to ensure appropriate treatment.
