Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation and every two years thereafter.
• Avade 2 (restraint) training must be completed within 30 days of hire.
• Two years’ health-related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the mental health team, including treatment planning and milieu safety.
• Record vital signs, observations, and documentation in the EMR.
• Assist in medical emergencies as directed by the licensed nurse.
• Maintain patient safety, de-escalation strategies, and therapeutic environment.
