Job summary

Vinfen is seeking dedicated staff to provide supportive services in a Vinfen setting. You will assist in developing and documenting individualized treatment plans, perform daily habilitative and behavioral interventions, and help clients become more independent while ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

The role involves transportation, community integration, medication handling per MAP, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services or residential settings preferred.
• Ability to document interventions and progress.
• Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to drive or be comfortable driving Vinfen vehicles when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting individual treatment support plans.
• Perform a variety of daily tasks with persons served including habilitative and behavioral interventions, transportation, and appointment coordination.
• Support integration of persons served into their communities.
• Assess health and emotional status and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain program safety, housekeeping, and site maintenance.
• Follow MAP requirements and company policies for medication handling.
• Complete logs, schedules, and required forms.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
