Job summary

Vinfen seeks a dedicated staff member to provide support to persons served in a Vinfen setting. You will assist in developing and documenting treatment plans, monitor progress, and help individuals gain independence within the community.

Responsibilities include daily living tasks, crisis intervention as needed, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of care. A high school diploma is required; first aid and CPR are expected within set timelines.

Qualifications

• One to three months experience in a human services setting.
• May substitute experience for academic training in some cases.
• First Aid and CPR certifications encouraged within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting individual treatment support plans.
• Provide role model support and help persons served integrate into their communities.
• Document interventions and monitor progress, scheduling, transportation, and other daily tasks.
• Assist with crises, safety, and adherence to policies and MAP requirements.
• Perform tasks related to daily living, housekeeping, and program maintenance.
