Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate II for the McKenzie Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon. The role involves helping residents per individualized treatment plans, assisting with medications, and supporting daily activities within a secure program.

The position requires QMHA eligibility through MHACBO, with training, certification, and safe driving. Competitive benefits accompany the role and schedule is Sunday through Monday, 7:00am-3:30pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field.
• OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting.
• OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education in addition to satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents according to their individualized treatment plan with a focus on personal care services, environmental intervention, and limited group social and recreational treatment activities.
• Administer prescribed medications, follow physician’s orders for all medications and/or procedures, document on medical charts and count sheets according to established procedures.
• Transport clients to and from the program as necessary to engage and provide treatment services.
• Maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation of services.
