Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate II at Madrone Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon. You will support residents per individualized treatment plans, provide personal care, and participate in group activities while maintaining medication administration and accurate documentation.

The role requires eligibility for QMHA registration, a behavioral science degree or comparable experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration through MHACBO (Oregon).
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field, OR 3+ years of verifiable behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and follow physician orders.
• Document on medical charts and count sheets per procedures.
• Transport clients to and from the program as needed to provide treatment.
• Maintain compliance with productivity standards for documentation of services.
