Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services seeks a Residential Care Associate II for Madrone Ridge SRTF in Junction City, OR. You will administer medications, support residents under a treatment plan, and assist with activities and transport while maintaining accurate records.

The role operates Fridays through Mondays, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with program differentials and benefits. Requires QMHA registration eligibility and driving responsibilities in a compassionate, compliant setting.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration through MHACBO.
• Candidate must meet one of these: Bachelor's in Behavioral Science; 3 years verifiable behavioral health experience; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents per individualized treatment plan focusing on personal care and environmental interventions.
• Administer prescribed medications and document in medical charts per policy.
• Transport clients as needed to engage in treatment services.
• Maintain documentation within productivity standards and agency procedures.
