Skagit Clubhouse in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking a part-time Clubhouse Rehabilitation Associate to help members achieve personal, educational, social, and employment goals. This is a hands-on role where staff work with members to run the Clubhouse, not for them.

You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team that values strengths and shared success and provides opportunities to grow in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Washington State driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Access).
• Ability to register as WA State Counselor (if not already).

Responsabilités

• Work with members in daily Clubhouse operations (reception, data entry, meal prep, snack bar).
• Support members in building skills, confidence, and independence through meaningful work.
• Assist with planning and facilitating events, health and wellness activities, and educational programs.
• Help connect members with housing, healthcare, employment, benefits, etc.
• Provide transportation and support for appointments, social outings, or conferences.
• Participate in evening/weekend activities approximately once a month.
• Uphold the Clubhouse International Standards and contribute to a culture of hope, respect, and recovery.
