Community Services Group is seeking a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Associate to support adults in achieving recovery goals within our Mental Health Services program. The role reports to the Program Director and is full-time, 40 hours per week, with daytime hours.

The position requires a degree in a relevant field or an Associate’s with mental health experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to transport individuals to community activities. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the position or an Associate’s degree with 1 year mental health direct service experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a passenger van to community sites.
• Knowledge and adherence to PRS Code of Ethics and rights statements.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and/or perform initial and ongoing assessments of individuals.
• Develop, review, and ensure implementation of individual support plans.
• Assess, document, and support individuals to identify strengths and goals.
• Facilitate group processes and activities within the program.
