Family Health Center seeks a Clubhouse Generalist I to provide direct support to individuals in the Clubhouse program, promoting recovery, independence, and community integration.

The role engages members in side-by-side activities that build skills for employment and overall wellness, while collaborating with the team to meet participant needs and support daily clubhouse operations.

Typical Schedule: M-F, 8A-4P, with potential for evenings or weekends to support events and programming.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with diverse populations is preferred but not required.
• Two years experience in community resource coordination or rehabilitation services preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Engage members in recovery-oriented activities and daily clubhouse operations.
• Assist with employment readiness, job attainment, and retention efforts.
• Document progress notes, assessments, and billing in a timely, accurate manner.
• Maintain and update scheduling and records in the EHR system.
• Coordinate services with team members to meet participant needs.
• Provide transportation for members to appointments and activities as needed.
