Job summary

Pacific Health Group in San Diego seeks a dedicated leader to oversee the Clubhouse Program, a community-based model supporting recovery for individuals with serious mental illness. You will guide day-to-day operations, ensure fidelity to the Clubhouse International Model, and foster a therapeutic, inclusive, and collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes supervision, program quality, data reporting, staff development, and partnerships with employers and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Anthropology, Public Health, or related field.
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar setting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals living with serious mental health conditions.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
• Experience with Medi-Cal reporting, behavioral health policies, and regulations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent time management.
• Must be proficient in technology, including documentation systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles and trauma-informed care.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse program.
• Work closely with members and staff in a collaborative, community-based environment.
• Oversee program performance, staffing, and compliance.
• Balance administrative leadership with hands-on program engagement.
• Build partnerships and maintain strong community presence.
• This role requires strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage both people and operations in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
