Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred and at least one year of experience with adults with psychiatric disabilities.
• Ability to relate to diverse individuals and groups with respect for human dignity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong teamwork and judgment.
• Computer skills and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group discussions for the Membership Unit and coordinate admin tasks with club members.
• Coordinate outings and club activities and assist with research for events.
• Provide job coaching services to members across employment types.
• Serve as key staff for club members and assist with rehabilitation/action plan development.
• Maintain contacts with members and providers and complete outreach logs and reports.
• Drive the agency van when needed and support club operations as required.
