Job summary

Telecare Corporation in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Licensed Administrator (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psy.D.) to lead a comprehensive mental health program. The Administrator oversees clinical and financial success, directs day-to-day operations, and ensures performance across clinical quality, workforce engagement, customer satisfaction, and financial security at Telecare's ACT program.

This on-site role requires a Master’s in Social Services with a state license, 4 years admin management experience in

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Services with a state license.
• Four (4) years of administrative management experience in a health care setting.
• Two (2) years of supervision of professional staff, budgeting, and program planning.
• Understanding of community mental health services and the recovery philosophy.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification on date of employment.
• Driver's license with vehicle insurance and willingness to use personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and financial success of the program and lead the team providing patient care.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure performance across four pillars: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.
• Collaborate with corporate functions, outside consultants, and partners including state/county agencies.
• Participate in a structured on-call rotation and respond to work-related needs as required.
