Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Illinois is seeking a Program Coordinator I–III to supervise inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients, provide milieu and meal support, and contribute to therapeutic programming per the treatment plan.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license for sites with company vehicles. Illinois pay range: $18.25–$29 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record required at locations with company vehicles or driving on behalf of the company.
• State credential may be required depending on location.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations (required).

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and supervision of patients.
• Provide meal support and supervision during meals and snacks.
• Complete documentation in EHR for group facilitation and care activities.
• Transport patients to medical appointments as needed and support transportation for outings.
