Job summary

The SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Program Coordinator II to coordinate, plan, and monitor the quality of clinical services across programs at Berkeley Community Mental Health Center in Moncks Corner, SC. This role supports staff development and ensures patient-centered care.

You will mentor clinicians, oversee audits, lead in-service trainings (including EHR and DLA-20), review reports, and ensure compliance with CARF and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant program experience.
• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field with two years of clinical experience.
• Licensed as an LPC, LISW-CP or LMFT; SC licensure pursued within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Mentor clinical staff; coach on services, documentation and performance improvement.
• Analyze patient files and progress notes; develop strategies to improve audits.
• Lead in-service trainings including clinical DLA-20 and EHR training.
• Review, monitor, and revise clinical and technical reports for compliance and outcomes.
• Provide advanced assessment, treatment planning, crisis management, therapy services, and coordinated care.
