Job summary

SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD) is seeking a Program Coordinator II to coordinate and monitor clinical services across programs. The role emphasizes quality of care, staff coaching, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a master’s degree with clinical experience and SC licensure eligibility, along with willingness to travel between clinics, homes, and schools as needed. This is a full-time position with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field with two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Licensed as LPC, LISW-CP or LMFT in SC or ability to obtain licensure within six months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and monitor quality of clinical services across programs.
• Mentor clinical staff; provide coaching on services, documentation, and performance improvement.
• Develop and implement staff trainings, including EHR and clinical training.
• Review reports and ensure compliance with CARF, HIPAA, and state regulations.
• Provide advanced assessment, treatment planning, crisis management, and care coordination.
