Job summary

SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD) seeks a Program Coordinator II / QA Director to coordinate and monitor the quality of clinical services across programs, ensuring patient needs are met.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, reviewing documentation, staff trainings, reporting, and care coordination in a patient-centered, recovery-oriented framework. Requires a master's degree and SC licensure within six months; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
• A master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field and two years of clinical experience.
• Licensed as an LPC, LISW-CP or LMFT.
• Must be willing to pursue licensure in SC within six months of hire.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have dependable transportation; travel between clinics, homes, community and schools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mentoring of clinical staff and provide coaching on clinical services, documentation, and performance improvement.
• Analyze patient files, progress notes, and other documentation to improve service delivery and quarterly audits.
• Formulate, implement and monitor in-service staff trainings, including clinical DLA-20 and EHR training.
• Review, monitor and revise clinical and technical reports, including compliance and program outcomes.
