You will document calls, assist with admissions, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure safe, effective patient care while maintaining confidentiality and meeting policy requirements.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare, phone triage, tele-health or case management preferred.
• Current CPR upon hire; BLS and Handle with Care certifications a plus.
• Must provide proof of CPR certification prior to hire and maintain it.

Aufgaben

• Speak with people seeking mental health care and information about services.
• Document and process Care Center calls per policies.
• Complete admissions paperwork and obtain pre-certification as needed.
• Follow up with no-shows and verify benefits for admissions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to determine care solutions.
• Maintain confidential records and protect patient privacy.
