Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting patients at the front desk
• Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling, check-in/out, and phone/email inquiries
• Assist patients with telehealth access and Patient Portal issues
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks and documentation
