Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor the front entrance and greet visitors, agencies, families and residents.
• Answer and route calls on the main facility line; take messages and transfer appropriately.
• Maintain sign-in/out sheets and visitor logs; verify IDs as needed.
• Monitor patient HIPAA privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Support staff by performing light clerical tasks at the front desk.
