Job summary

Ellie Mental Health (Massachusetts) seeks an Assistant Clinic Director to support the Clinic Director in oversight of performance and operations. The role includes supervising staff, assisting with staffing, and ensuring administrative and clinical excellence in a fast-paced clinic environment.

You will engage in meetings, support staffing, and help maintain high-quality client care. A MA license (LMHC/LICSW) and a master’s in behavioral sciences are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Experience in supervising clinical staff and overseeing clinic operations.
• Strong knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly Clinic Director meetings and Clinic Manager meetings.
• Provide 1:1 consultation with therapy staff to review productivity and caseload.
• Troubleshoot issues within Valant, Teams, Outlook and billing.
• Monitor clinic capacity and assist in hiring and onboarding processes.
• Support administrative changes and staff development in collaboration with CD.
• Assist in monitoring schedules and respond to concerns from clients and staff.
