Qualifications

• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LMHC or LICSW) required or in process.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and managing clinical operations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Office 365 and navigating EHR systems (Valant a plus).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and consult with therapy staff; participate in weekly leadership meetings.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and administrative oversight with the Clinic Director.
• Monitor clinic performance and ensure quality of client care; respond to concerns promptly.
