• Implement scheduled activities including exercise, socializing, and outings.
• Review incidents with supervisor and file written reports as required.
• Advocate for client rights and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in supervision and staffing, sharing clinical input.
• Travel to community settings to deliver services as needed.
• Meet with client or guardian in homes, schools, or community sites.
• Maintain clinical schedule and ensure timely documentation.
