Job summary

Pawnee Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Kansas. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary group to plan and execute treatment and crisis stabilization, while also supporting discharge planning and community reintegration across a mix of on-site and mobile settings.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a human service field, strong English communication, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or equivalent experience.
• One year of experience in mental health/crisis services.
• Strong oral and written communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Background checks must meet Pawnee standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop person-centered treatment and crisis stabilization plans.
• Support discharge planning and community reintegration and follow-up care.
• Assist CSU operations including cleaning, rounds, and transportation.
• Coordinate referrals to housing and post-discharge services.
• Respond to crisis calls with mobile crisis teams and provide case management.
