The role emphasizes collaboration with families, treatment teams, and supervisors to set goals, implement activities, and ensure timely documentation. A valid driver's license and healthcare compliance background are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong oral and written communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required.
• CSPs may be required to provide crisis services on rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review client plans and develop activities to improve functioning.
• Provide direct services in client locations (home, school, work, etc.).
• Provide one-to-one support in crisis to maintain stability.
• Collaborate with family and treatment team to set goals.
• Implement scheduled day activities and monitor progress.
• Document required information in the electronic health record.
