Hill Country Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Centers is seeking a Mental Health Care Coordinator in Kyle, TX to assess needs, develop recovery plans, and collaborate with individuals and families for better outcomes.

The role requires a QMHP-CS credential, a Texas driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid/PMAB training within 3 months. The coordinator will provide skills training, crisis management, and documentation while ensuring compliance and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social, behavioral, or human services with QMHP-CS credentialing.
• Valid Texas driver's license and auto insurance.
• CPR and Prevention and Management of Aggressive Behavior training within 3 months.

Responsabilités

• Assess needs and develop recovery and lifemanagement plans with individuals.
• Provide skills training to improve daily life and crisis management.
• Collaborate with service providers and agencies to ensure coordinated care.
• Record documentation clearly and accurately with proper grammar.
• Maintain compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
