Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a Behavioral Health related field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a non-Behavioral Health related field with at least one year of behavioral health experience.
• Maintain information as highly confidential.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and seek supervision.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates groups and supports patients in therapeutic activities.
• Provides one-to-one supervision to ensure patient safety.
• Orients new patients and coordinates handoffs between units.
• Contributes to treatment planning with interdisciplinary team.
• Completes patient, program and department documentation.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks to support operations.
• Monitors and communicates patient progress to shifts and families.
