You will verify health information, coordinate admission logistics, and support clinical and administrative teams with accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or hospital settings.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and effective in high-stress or crisis situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, route messages, and process provider correspondence.
• Handle inquiries and conduct initial phone and pre-admission assessments.
• Collect health data and records for review.
• Coordinate patient transportation and admissions/discharges.
• Check insurance eligibility and secure authorizations.
• Enter patient demographics and insurance data into CS-Link and EHR systems.
• Maintain medical records and daily census reports on bed availability.
• Update clinical and outreach teams on patient status.
• Comply with regulatory standards and patients' rights.
