Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor federal, state, and accreditation requirements affecting behavioral health and psychiatric services.
• Maintain regulatory calendars, tracking deadlines for filings, audits, and renewals.
• Assist with surveys, audits, and post-survey follow-up activities.
• Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for leadership and quality committees.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans and monitor effectiveness.
