Job summary

Sunstar is seeking a Market Development Manager for the MENA region to drive revenue, profitability and sustainable growth across distributor markets. You will lead joint business planning, strengthen distributor capabilities and improve commercial execution across pharmacy, mass-market and online channels.

This engagement is an independent contractor arrangement with Sunstar, with responsibility for 50-75% travel across the MENA region and a focus on building capabilities and long-term partner

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in business, international business or marketing.
• Fluent English, Arabic and French.
• Proven experience in commercial/distributor management with P&L or sell-out accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own cluster revenue, P&L and growth for distributor markets.
• Lead joint business planning and embed distributor capabilities to improve commercial execution.
• Drive interventions and change management across 2–3 priorities per distributor per cycle.
