Job summary

Sunny Sky Products is seeking a Director of Sales, Distribution to lead our Broadline channel. You will direct a team of four Regional Sales Managers and own the partnership strategy with national and regional distributors, including major players and joint business planning.

You will drive growth, expand brands, and manage commercial terms, while collaborating with Operations and Finance to ensure service levels and margin protection. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Foodservice distribution or related field.
• Experience leading a sales team and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributor partnerships and top-to-top reviews with major partners.
• Set growth strategy for the Distribution business and plan partner investments.
• Coach and develop Regional Sales Managers and conduct pipeline reviews.
• Forecast budgets by brand, product line, and partner; manage margins.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and program agreements with distributors.
