Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, WA is seeking a housekeeping/guest services associate. You will maintain locker room, spa, fitness, pool areas, and guest spaces, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness across shifts.

This role requires CPR certification, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability, plus strong guest service and teamwork, are essential for success in this busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be comfortable interacting professionally with male guests in locker rooms.
  • Valid CPR Certification required.
  • Experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, housekeeping or guest service preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and remain in the locker room when the facility is open and occupied by male guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of spa, fitness, pool, locker room, and guest areas.
  • Replenish towels, robes, linens, amenities, and supplies throughout each shift.
  • Assist guests by providing information and responding to requests professionally.
  • Maintain laundry operations and monitor linen inventory.
  • Conduct routine inspections of spa, fitness, and pool facilities for cleanliness and safety.
  • Monitor pool and hot tub areas and report maintenance or safety concerns.

What you will have an opportunity to do:
  • Regularly enter and remain in the locker room while the facility is open and occupied by male guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of spa, fitness, pool, locker room, treatment room, and guest areas.
  • Replenish towels, robes, linens, amenities, and operational supplies throughout each shift.
  • Support guests by providing information, assisting with facility usage, and responding to requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain laundry operations and monitor linen inventory levels.
  • Conduct routine inspections of spa, fitness, and pool facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
  • Monitor pool and hot tub areas and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
What are we looking for?
  • Must be comfortable interacting in a professional manner with male guests that may be dressing or undressed.
  • Valid CPR Certification.
  • Previous hospitality, spa, wellness, housekeeping, or guest service experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
