Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily activities, including merchandising, customer service, and inventory control, at our Concord, NC location. You will support the GSM/DM in achieving sales goals, coordinate staffing, train staff, and ensure pricing and planograms align with corporate standards while delivering a legendary shopping experience.

Responsibilities include coaching and motivating colleagues, interviewing and assisting in performance

Formación

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily direction to department associates and manage merchandising directives.
• Support sales, gross margin, inventory, and payroll goals.
• Staff department and participate in interviews and training.
• Maintain pricing, planograms, and UPC integrity.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain product knowledge.
• Assist in coordinating special events and staff development.
• All other duties as assigned.
