Job summary

BEStstaff, Inc. is seeking a full-time MEMS Engineering Technician to support the development, testing, and analysis of MEMS devices. The role blends hands-on micro-assembly and precision soldering with automated data collection using LabVIEW.

You will install and maintain MEMS equipment, perform micro-assembly and wire bonding, and build LabVIEW-based test sequences to collect data for engineering analysis.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electronics experience in electronics, micro-assembly or cleanroom environments.
• Proficient with precision soldering irons, multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• AutoCAD experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain MEMS fabrication and testing equipment.
• Perform precision micro-soldering, wire bonding, and circuit assembly under magnification.
• Develop and maintain LabVIEW VIs to automate test sequences and communicate with lab instruments.
• Collect and analyze data from sensor systems and prepare data sheets for the team.
