Job summary

Silicon Microstructures, Inc. in Milpitas is looking for a MEMS product/test engineer responsible for monitoring and reporting production data of MEMS pressure sensors. The engineer will support production testing and improve test programs in accordance with quality management standards.

The ideal candidate should have a BS in Electrical Engineering, 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, and skills in data analysis and LabVIEW programming. Opportunities for report presentation and cross-functional teamwork are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of related working experience.
• Experience in working with production test systems and process control.
• Ability to present test results in customer-ready reports.

Responsibilities

• Own the final part test and work cross-functionally as product engineer.
• Identify and implement production test opportunities for efficiency and quality improvement.
• Create and present reports on key performance indicators (KPI).

Skills

Data analysis skills

Basic knowledge of sensor calibration processes

Basic LabVIEW skills

Experience with semiconductor, sensor and/or MEMS testing

Understanding of digital communication protocols
