Draper Labs is seeking a MEMs Microfabrication Process Engineer in Cambridge, MA to join their Microfabrication Facility. This role involves developing, executing, and improving processes in Metrology, Electrical Test, BEOL, or Wafer Bond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 3-5 years of Microsystems Engineering or related experience.
• Learning and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microelectromechanical devices.
• Assess performance and process capabilities using simulation software.
• Test and evaluate devices with various tools and protocols.
