Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is launching a 6-month Memory Programs Director In-Training (MPCIT) program to develop future leaders in memory care. You will shadow a Memory Programs Director, oversee care and activity programs, and gain hands-on leadership experience within our assisted living and memory care communities.

Successful completion leads to a Memory Programs Director role. The program emphasizes mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to advance, with relocation to Belmont Village

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in memory care and dementia programming.
• Management or supervisory experience in Assisted Living.
• Willing to relocate after training to Belmont Village markets.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 6-month Memory Programs Director in-training program.
• Lead and coordinate memory care activities during training.
• Prepare for promotion to Memory Programs Director.
• Collaborate with mentors and program administrator.
