Belmont Village Senior Living offers a 6-month Memory Programs Director In-Training (MPCIT) program designed to fast-track leadership in memory care. You’ll learn from a dedicated preceptor, rotate through memory care duties, and build skills in activity oversight, caregiver supervision, and compliance.

Successful graduates may advance to Memory Programs Director positions across Belmont Village communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in memory care and dementia programming.
• Prior management/supervisory experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Active commitment to self-directed learning with a mentor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to quickly learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 6-month MPCIT program with on-the-job shadowing and skill development.
• Oversee care and activity programs during rotations and monitor program outcomes.
• Supervise caregivers and activity hosts to ensure quality resident engagement.
• Plan and facilitate activities promoting resident socialization, growth, and development; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Upon successful completion, be considered for Memory Programs Director roles and future leadership opportunities.
